Order Policy
Made to order. Every item is printed and prepared specifically for you after you place your order. Nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse.
Delivery time. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Production takes 2–4 business days, and standard shipping takes an additional 2–3 business days.
All sales are final. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Shipping. Free shipping to the continental United States. All orders are printed and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner.
Quality Guarantee
While we can't accept returns on made-to-order items, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown, email us at hello@friscofamous.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Supporting Local Artists
Frisco Famous is a platform for local artists to share their original artwork with the community. When you buy merchandise featuring a local artist's design, the artist earns a commission from every sale.
Frisco Famous does not profit from these sales. After covering the cost of production and shipping through our fulfillment partner, 100% of the remaining profit goes directly to the artist. There are no hidden fees, no platform cuts — just a direct way to support the creative talent in our community.
Artists don't need to invest anything upfront. They submit their artwork, and if it's selected, it becomes available as merchandise. When someone purchases an item with their design, they earn their commission automatically through our payment system.
Frisco Famous Original Designs
In addition to community-submitted artwork, you'll also find merchandise featuring original designs created by the Frisco Famous team. Purchases of these items support the Frisco Famous platform — helping us continue to spotlight local artists, curate good news, and serve the Frisco community.

We chose print-on-demand over mass production for a reason: it's better for the planet and better for our community. Here's why:

We only print what you order. No unsold inventory ends up in landfills — unlike fast fashion, where up to 30% of mass-produced clothing goes unsold and is destroyed.

Mass production uses enormous amounts of water and energy to produce thousands of items at once. Print-on-demand uses modern direct-to-garment printing that's significantly more efficient per item.
