GoZone is an on-demand rideshare service run by DCTA in partnership with Via — a great way to get around Frisco for just a few dollars a trip.
How to Book a Ride
In the App
Download the GoZone app, set up payment, and book rides from your phone.
Hours
Monday – Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM. Cashless service only.
Service Area
Covers most of Frisco, plus a $3 flat-rate connection to the DART Northwest Plano Park & Ride. Tap to view the coverage map.
Bring Friends
Up to 5 additional riders can join your trip. Each rider pays their own fare.
Fares
Pay-per-trip based on distance. Seniors (65+) and disabled riders get 50% off when activated in the app.

- 4.5 – 6 miles$4.50
- 6+ miles$5.00
